Hi all,
Welcome to the small and beautiful village Arkannoor, the place famous for Kathakali Experts.The natural beauty lies calmly near the shore of Ithikkara river and is surrounded by six hills . Somebody thinks , thats why the name"Arukunnnoor" which become arkkannoor later.Some others think the name come in connection with the god Sun since he is well known in the name Arkkan.
You may find a lot of Kathakali experts here , somefamous names are Arkkannoor Gopalakrishnan,Arkkannoor Prabha,Arkkannoor Manoj,Arkkannoor Prakash,Arkkannoor Santhosh, Arkkannoor Sreejith, Arkkannoor Kalidas etc.
Arkkannoor is very famous on its cooking experts. All of the marriage functions held at nearby areas are usually arranged by the cooking experts of Arkkannoor.
The beauty of Ithikkara river has its extreme here. The expected Perappayam Dam may make this place some more famous.
the most astonishing factor about the place is it is still looks like a typical village. None of the City culture dared to touch its beaty and culture.
The Durga Devi temple situated here is famouse and the annual fastival held here attracts lots of people.
There are alot of tourist destinations nearby like Jadayumangalam Para, Kottukkal Stone Temple etc.While most credit institutions payday loans credits with extremely cautious. |
