baby's delivery at home?

I'm going to get my baby in Kerala, Trivandrum.
What I understood is that all woman in Kerala have the delivery in a hospital and also that they
(the doctors) try to talk the woman into an operation.
I would like to have a natural delivery at home with a midwife.
Can someone tell me iff this is possible,

| it is a good thoght, is that recently most of women or all of women going to delivery to hospital. i am also always saying to my family about it and also we friends always discuss about it. While most credit institutions payday loans credits with extremely cautious.
