Our client is a Large Export house and they require
HR Manager
Minimum 10 years in managerial position
The duties of position will include but not limited to
Assist handle recruitment selection and conduct induction and orientation processors for new joiners.
Administer personnel and HR Policies to minimize violation of rules and regulations, as set by the management.
Involve in attuning policies /procedures pertaining to HR and personnel administration
Help in resolving inter personnel issues and initiate team activities to bring in a harmonious work atmosphere.
Development and updating of Staff and Executive Handbook.
Manage all the facility and administrative activities of the office including legal matters, and liason with government authorities.
Salary: commensurate with qualification and experience
