Our client is a privately owned developer of an e-recruitment solution. The company has a reputation for flexibility and fast delivery, combined with a great technology platform designed and developed by UK recruitment experts. A true pioneer of internet services, they have a 30-year heritage in both recruitment and technology. The company's widely acclaimed e-recruitment platform is used by major employers like Bradford & Bingley, Primark and Cancer Research UK, as well as powering an increasing number of internet community job boards.
As a successful e-recruitment company the business currently seeks recruiting software testers with 1-2 years' experience to join the team. The ideal candidate must be bright and methodical, possessing excellent communication skills, language skills and strong testing skills to ensure successful rollouts of new systems to an increasing client base.
Candidates must have a basic or sound knowledge of processes within the e-recruitment process. This will include overviews of the applicant tracking system, and vacancy posting functionalities that make up the bulk of the system.
This is a great opportunity to develop new and existing skills within a high performance team. Your role will include maintaining the quality within the product, to analyse issues and determine the cause of problems, and escalate issues when necessary. Manual testing skills, regression testing, user acceptance testing skills with the ability to analyse issues and determine the cause of problems, and escalate issues when necessary are mandatory.
