How to make Punjabi Kofta Pulav?
Method: Soak gram for 5-6 hrs. Boil in plenty of water till it becomes soft.Drain water and grind dhal coarsely with mint, garlic,ginger, green chillies,salt and garam masala.Mix bengal gram flour and make small balls.Deep fry in hot oil till brown.
