How to make Egg Rice?
In a pan add oil. Sauté onions and ginger. Add half-boiled chopped vegetables. Add pepper, egg, half boiled rice, soya sauce, ajinomoto, salt and sugar. Once this gets mixed well, remove from flame. Garnish it with spring onions and serve hot.
