capsicum - 1/2 kg
carrot-2
black pepper powder-2 tsp
salt - to taste
onions-1
green chillies- 3
lemon-1 big size
mustard-1/4 tsp
oil- 5 tsp cup

How to make Capsicum Rice?

step1: add water to raw rice and pressure cook it.

step2: chop onions,greenchillies & capsicum

step3: put oil in the pan and tamper it with mustard ,onions and green chillies fry until onions turn golden brown

step4: add chopped capsicum and black pepper powder , salt and mix it well and allow the capsicum to get cooked till soft .

step 5: to the above mixture add cooked rice and fry for about 5 minutes and squeeze lemon to it.

step5: garnish with grated carrot and serve it hot
