Ingredients for Bred Upmavu recipe


Bread slices-10
Green Chilles-3 to 4
Onion(Big)-1
Potato-1
Ghee-3 tbs
Chicken masala or garam masala-1 tbs
Oil-1 tbs
Coriander leaves(finely chopped)
Curry leaves

How to make Bred Upmavu?

Boil and mash the poatato.Chop onions and chillies.Cut the crumbs and slice the bread to small squares. Heat the ghee in a tava and fry the bread slices till golden brown, stirring continuosly to avoid burning. Keep aside.In the same tava,heat the oil and fry onions till transparent; add the chillies. Put the masala ,add salt to taste, add the mashed potates and mix well. Add the bread slices and curry leaves to the mixture and stir till the mixture is evenly spread.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
