How to make Naadan Potato Fry?
Boil the potatoes in a flat non-stick pan along with enough water,corriander powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt. When the potatoes are cooked with no moisture left in the pan add the oil and curry leaves and fry till the potatoes look fried and crispy.

Add just enough water for the potaoes to cook, do not overcook the potaoes. Add oil only after all the water has left the pan.
