SpiderKerala is a team of senior software professionals, working for major
software development companies in India. We are spending our leisure time to
promote this portal to help the community.
Currently we are in the process of developing many new features to support the
society better. The new portal is being developed using the latest microsoft
technologies : ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, Web Services, SQL Server
We also like to help a few students/programmers to learn these new technologies
by making them part of our development team. Duration of each batch will be 3-6
months. You have to complete a minimum of 3 months with us.

Who Can Apply?
Must be a B.Tech/MCA/GNIIT graduate or
should have minimum 1 year exp in ASP/VB.
Must have strong technical knowledge.
Must be familiar with programming using ASP/VB.
Should not be currently working/studying anywhere.
Should have own computer with 600 MHz + speed, 256 MB Memory.
Should be located/willing to stay in Bangalore.
Should be willing to spend 10 hours a day for development/learning .Net.

Ours is not a training instituite.
There is no Fee for learning .Net from us.
We will not pay you any salary.
We do not issue any certificates.
If you do an outstanding performance/contributions, your name/photo
may be published in our site as developer of the site and you can use that as
reference to find a job after this project is over.
After finishing this project/training, you can use our reference to find a job.
Considering the market demand expected for .Net in the coming months and
shortage of professionals with hands on experience in this new technology, it
would be really easy for you to get a highly paid job.
We want only serious people
We want only people who are really serious about learning new technologies. So
to filter out the 'time pass guys', we are charging a security deposit.
You have to pay a fully re-fundable
security deposit of Rs. 5000.
Your money will be returned to you after the project is completed.
If we discontinue the project/training for any reason, your money
will be fully returned immediately.
You may lose your Rs 5000, if...
If you leave the project in the middle.
If we feel that you are not serious about the project development and not
spending enough time for development.
Our aim is to get the portal developed in the shortest time and thats why we
spend our valuable time to help you learn the technology. We will not try to
find some reason to make you lose your security deposit. Even if you have to
leave the project in the middle for some valid reason, we will try to
understand your situation and return your money depending on the situation.
But, for sure, we don't want someone to come to us just to learn and then leave
without helping us develop the site.
Course details
You will be trained by very senior software engineers, who have 1-2 years
experience in .Net technologies and working with leading Indian/Multi National
companies in Bangalore.
You have to buy books (be ready to spend atleast Rs 500 - Rs 1000 for that)
You have to work from your home/location in Bangalore, and using your own
computer.
You can (have to) visit the project guide daily evening after office hours and
week-ends and have technical discussions. There won't be any formal class room
teaching.
You will be given all technical help to develop the site.
You can learn ASP.Net, Vb.Net, C#, and many advanced features of Dot Net, web
services etc.
Preferences
Currently we can include only boys in our team. Due to the late evening
discussions and all, we are not selecting girls for now.
Software professionals from financially weak families may be given higher
priority and would be eligible for concessions in security deposit.
If 2 or more people approach as a group, they may be given higher priority.
